Test the operation of your Speakers

Testing your speakers or headphones is very easy.

• Make sure your speakers are connected correctly
• You must click the "left speaker" buttons to test your left speaker, you must click "right speaker" to test your right speaker and you must click "Speaker Sound" to test your 2 speakers.
• If your speakers are working correctly you should hear a sound from the speaker you selected
• While the test sound is playing, you will notice that a graph of the sound is displayed.

WWhy is my sound not working?

There are some common reasons why your audio may not be working.

• Make sure your speakers are connected correctly
• Make sure your sound is not muted. If you don't know how to turn on the sound, we will provide a guide later.
• Make sure your audio drivers are up to date; You can use an automatic driver search engine.
• Verify that the correct audio device is selected in the operating system's "Audio Mixer". You can find the "Audio Mixer" by clicking on the speaker icon next to the date and time.

How to verify that your audio output is not muted?

At the bottom right of your computer you will see a sound icon "🔊". You must click on the icon and then a sliding bar appears where you can adjust the sound level you want, you can also select the output device you want.

What to do if only one of my speakers works?

If only one of your speakers is playing, it is possible that the other is damaged. To rule this out, you must verify that the speakers are well connected and if this is the case, it is likely that there is a loose wire inside the speakers that are not emitting sound.
